Man can’t believe it’s almost Christmas … How time goes. I want to be able to have you guys and girls of the SFTC get as many workouts as possible before we close up shop for a couple days.

Kettlebell swings x 15

Rope climbs or modified climbs x 4

Squats x 6-8
– any variation

Push ups x 10
– any variation. Some of you strong guys and girls add some weight !

Plyo lunges x 10

Leg raises x 10
– any variation

Let’s get it in !!!!!!
