Hey yo !!!!

killer de load day yesterday. Maybe didnt feel like it with all the Burpees we did…. But, it was good stuff ! Lets pick the weights back up today and add some conditioning to keep us mobile and agile =)

Kettlebell High Pull (or some of the advanced members can throw some Barbell high pull) x 8

Dead Push Ups x 10

Road Run x 1

Kettlebell Swing x 10

Travel Plank x 8-10

Road Run x 1
