man even though it was a de-load day, there was a ton of work capacity being done today !!!!!!     I had the chance to get to the Cleveland Cavs game tonight, and I gotta be honest…….   I dont think those guys train as hard as we do !!!!! otherwise they would be a lot stronger !!  ha ha

choose your tool for the strength circuits:  rep scheme goes 8-8-6-6-4-4

Squat variation:

Press variation:

Single arm row variation: using kbs or dumbbells


Finish each round with 6o jump rope revolutions


Train Hard.  Train Smart
