It’s a move that is full body focused and you have a couple of variations depending on your fitness level.

Supermans x 5
– using either kbs or barbell
– I will re post a video of the superman move

Rope climb x 1 or modified x. 3

There it is ! A full body strength move plus a little primal action ha ha
