Happy Thursday’s SFTC !
We hit a major ” de-load” day yesterday and I had to say it was much needed for all. People have been putting in WORK at the training gym. But now that everyone has had a nice rest day it’s time to put a killer workout back on the board. As stated earlier today via twitter #laceup ha ha
Here we go : 10 rounds of all ya got
Single arm snatches x 5(r,l)
Double kettlebell sumo squats x 5
Pull up x 5
Tire hits with bar or sledge x 20
Ok ok !!! Smash through these 10 rounds and lemme know how everyone felt. I have no doubt that all of our sculpt members will smoke this one !!!
