There is not a lot of explanation other than I am going out of town this weekend and I want to leave you with a treat workout !

WTH for 16 minutes

Supermans x 3
Sled drags x end of building
Leg raises x 10

WTH for 11 minutes
Rope climbs or 2 mod rope climbs x 2
Squat Jumps x 20
Sand bag carries x end of building
*** run heavy bag either hugging against chest or over the shoulder

Man this one should be good !!! TEAR IT UP !!!!
