Work up to
5-4-3-2-1 Straight bar Deadlifts
** get 4-5 sets of deadlift warmups before you start into the 5-1 workout.
Work on adding 5-10 lbs each set in the 5-1 workout

Metabolic workout :

here we go: 5 rounds of Snatches and Burpees


If kb’s are your choice then you will be doing each arm separately. So… 10 snatches on left and right, followed by 10 burpees

If some of you will be going the barbell style, then yours will obviously look
like this : 10 bb snatches followed by 10 burpees

And circuit x 4

Russian twist x 20-30
Travel planks x 10
Kneeling slam balls x 10
