Strength: pressing

Over head press(double kb or barbell)
– 3 to 4 warm up press sets before you get into your 6 full sets.

6 sets of 5 reps-

Bench press or kb floor press:
3 x 10

Metabolic: 3 rounds if doing strength
5 rounds if just doing metabolic

Kb swings x 20
Rope sled pulls x 2(pulling the sled to you with the attached rope-hand over hand style)
Kb farmer walk or sandbag carry x 100′ down and back style
