here we go: 5 Rounds of each circuit (not for time)

#1: 5 rounds

Clean and Press(use any tool you want) x 5
Pull up variation x 8-10
Plyo Jumps x 8

#2: 5 rounds
Tire Flips x 3-5
Push ups x 10 (either dead push up or hand stand)
Jump Rope x 50

Freestyle Abs: Pick either leg raises, russian twists or power wheel work: 3 sets x 10 reps
