Whoa buddy…. What a killer workout today ! I had the pleasure of jumpin in today and I gotta say I’m pretty spent
So for Tuesday …
Here we go : Snatches or high pulls ,rope climbs and Jump Ropes
10/8/6/6/4/4
Snatches or high pulls
– kettlebell(single or double)
– barbell
Jump ropes x 50
Rope climb Or 4x modified rope climb between each Round
Not a TON of exercises but the quality is high !!! CRUSH it !
