What a great monday workout ! Gym was jammin all afternoon and people were focused on getting a good start on their week. Main focus: Get better, get stronger
Lets let the journey continue and take it into a tuesday workout.

100 Snatches: on each arm
100 snatch pulls

6 rope climbs

100 box jumps
