Plyo jumps x 5 after each round

Go ahead and choose your tools guys and girls !!
– single or double kettlebell
– barbell

Ab circuit (if you have some left) x 3
– get up sit up x 10
– russian twist x 20-30
– travel plank x 10

I have a feeling the sculpt crew is gonna crush this one tomorrow !!!
