Hey yo !!!!

That workout was a great way to kick off the week. It leaves a lot of room to continue to crush it the rest of the week.
It’s a famous Sculpt move so let’s do this tomorrow !!!

Superman: start on top of two kbs in a push up position
Do a push up then jump up into a squat thrust position.
Perform a double kb clean
Go into a front squat into a press x 2

5-3-1-3-5 supermans
1 x rope climb between each round
20 x battle rope slams between each round.

Its late night and I’m already amped to throw down with this one !!!
