Here we go with two long circuits 🙂

4 rounds

Kb or barbell clean and press x 6(r,l)
Dead push ups or dips x 10
Front squats x 5 (kb or barbell)
Russian twist x 30

4 rounds

Kb snatches x 6r,l) (or high pulls x 10)
Kb or db walking lunges x 10
Single arm rows (kb or db) x 8 each arm
Get up sit ups x 10(add weight if needed)
