Hey all !!

Man it was a hot one yesterday !!! Those factors dont make much difference Im seeing at the Sculpt gyms… People were still pushing the envelope and making themselves stronger all day.
Lets de-load a little bit today with some body weight circuits.

5 rounds

Dead push ups x 10
squat jumps x 15
Rope Climb x 1 or modified climb x 4

4 rounds

Handstand holds x 30 count or wall walks x down and back or Handstand Push ups x 3-5
Battle rope two hand slams x 20
Road Run x 1
Get up sit up x 10

Train Hard. Train Smart.
