Hey SFTC!!

Late night post here so I will get straight to the point ! We absolutely tore the Sculpt Training Gym apart tonight ! Guys and girls gettin strong, achieving success in their workouts. With Monday and Tuesday our “go heavier” days it is time to deload this Wednesday. So I want to focus on droppin the weights and tossing in some good conditioning

Here we go : 5 rounds total of
Push up x 5
Plyo jump x 5
Pull up x 5
Plyo lunges x 5(r,l)

*** after each round you have 2 minutes of 20 sec of work, 10 sec of rest of ONE of the following
– burpees
– jump rope
– ropes
