Hey guys and girls,

Man I continue to see awesome accomplishments at the Sculpt Training Gym. Members pushing each other to get better and reach PR’s and much more. From a personal stand point it gets me amped to keep making positive changes for the gym and even in my OWN workouts. Let’s keep it going !

Ok let’s de load this Wednesday :

WTH for 25 min :

Pull ups x 5-10
Plyo lunges 16
Rope slams x 30
Burpees x 6
Russian twists x 20

Let’s use these de load workouts as active recovery and let them aid in making our strength and conditioning workouts off the charts
