happy wednesday all !

its our de-load time so what better way to get it in then throw a little body weight challenge in there….

here we go:

Get as many sets of this ladder as you can in 25 min

10 dead push ups
8 burpees
6 Pull ups (those of you who arent on pull ups either go body rows or strap some assistance bands up on the pull up bar)
4 plyo jumps
2 road runs
