I would say that the week has started off pretty well ha ha.  Lets switch over to the other side and let the kbs and barbells rest today.

serious strength lies within body weight training so lets get it in today.

Push up variation (switch em up !) x 10

Walking Lunges x 20


3 rounds

Body or Rope rows x 10

Plyo Jumps x 8


3 Rounds

Travel Planks x 10

Squat Thrusts x 10


Train Hard.  Train Smart
