Hey yo !!!!!

Ohhhhhhhhh I LOVE seeing people doin deads and sumo squats. Such strong movements and really show how strong our guys and girls are getting.

Let’s back off the weights today and really put some conditioning to the test.

Here we go.

Two levels :

Beginners : 6 rounds
Advanced : 10 rounds

10 burpees

Down and back road run(it’s gonna be warmer today 🙂
– Hudson runs to mailboxes and back
– if it’s raining or otherwise , you will do 10x slam ball

50 revolutions on the jump rope.
