It’s back !!! The bodyweight challenge.
Here we go, I know people tore it up last time but let’s push the envelope a little bit more. Make sure to vary you push ups and your pull ups. Switch up positions on your grips.

The 100’s challenge:

Push ups x 100
Body Squats x 100
Pull ups x 100 or 100 body rows
100 rope slams
Jump ropes x 100
