Its deload day here at Sculpt fitness training gym. De load still means tear it up !!!!!

Here we go : 5 rounds for time

Jump Squats x 20

Rope climbs x 1 (double up on rope climbs to amp it up !). Or modify rope climbs x 5

Plyo Jumps x 8

Wall walks x just one way ( or… Increase intensity and go down and back)

Jump ropes x 100

*** after workout you will perform 2 sets of planks. Holding for a max time till you drop. Must hold for atleast 45 sec or you must restart

Train Hard. Train Smart.
