Lets go back to the basics of body weight training today, but turn the intensity wayyyyyy up ! ha ha

Here we go:

WTH for 25 min

Push Up variation x 10-15

Jump squats or drop squats x 10

Body or Rope rows x 8 or pull up variation x 6

Walking lunges x 12

Travel Planks x 8

Leg Raises x 10

Ok lets drop the weights and push the envelope with our body weight training today !!!!
