Hey guys and girls ,
Loved the outcome of the classic kettlebell workout today !! Def gonna be throwing some of those in there here again in the near future. I’ll be sticking with my normal mindset which is by Wednesday is time to set the weights down and get strong with our own bodies !
Here we go : 25 minutes of climbing, running and jumping
Rope climb x 1 or modified rope climb x 2
Squat jumps x 15
Wall walks or
Hand stand holds x 10-15 count or
Travel planks x 10
Love how the body feels when these types of workout gets done. Gotta be able to move your body and have control of your natural strength
