Hey wednesday warriors,

And you thought I wouldnt amp up this challenge ………..   You guys and girls know the drill.   150 reps of each movment in the fastest time you can get.   DO NOT use an easy weight so you can try and get done sooner.   The timing aspect is not to take away front the strength and conditioning aspect.   Your goal is to be able to move up in weights as well as create effeciency in your workouts.  HARD WORK = RESULTS

Here we go:  150 reps of each movement

Kettlebell swings

Plyo Box jumps

Pull ups or Body rows

Jump Rope revolutions


Train Hard.  Train Smart
