*** remember there will be no morning workouts at Bath. Hudson hours are normal and the Bath Gym 4-7:30pm is normal

Rope Climbs x 1 or x 3 modified rope climbs
Wall walks (across the wall one way)
Body rows x 8-10

Squat Jumps x 12
Walking lunges x 10 total
Travel planks x 10
Plyo jumps x 6
