Squat Jumps x 15
Pull ups x 5
Travel Planks x 10
Then…..
As many rounds in 11 min of:
Wall Walks or Hand stand push ups x 3-5 or Hand stand holds for 20 sec
Walking lunges x 20
Body Rows x 10
Road Run
